OAMCTE holds its annual meeting during the Oklahoma Summit (formerly Summer Conference) sponsored by the Oklahoma Association of Career & Technology Education and the Oklahoma OkACTE/OK Department of CareerTech Summer Conference each year. We host an annual reception for the purpose of networking with CTE professionals. During the reception, technology centers receive accolades for their commitment to diversity and recognition as institutional members. OAMCTE relies on the support of its institutional members to assist in funding this event. This event is well attended and is open to members and guests. 

The OAMCTE  Annual Business Meeting and Reception will be held at the Greenwood Chamber Event Center, 104 N. Greenwood Avenue, Tulsa, OK on Monday, August 1st.

JOIN US FOR THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

• Breakout Session on August 1st at 9:30 am

• Business Meeting - 4:00 - 5:00 pm

• Reception - 5:00 - 7:00 pm 

Transportation will be provided from the Doubletree Hotel to Greenwood.

Pick-up Times:

Business meeting:  3:15, 3:30 and 3:40 p.m.

Reception: 5:00, 5:20 and 6:00 p.m.

7:10 and 7:20 pm

NOTE: Transportation to Cain's Ballroom for the PAC Dance may be provided, although there will NOT be a pick-up/return to the Doubletree at the end of the PAC Dance.

Oklahoma Summit is always a great time to reconnect and meet fellow CTE colleagues. Come hear about the great work of OAMCTE at a breakout session at 9:30 a.m. at Oklahoma Summit on August 1st.  OAMCTE will be in the house at both the Awards Banquet on July 31 at 6:00 p.m. and at the PAC Dance.
